Donations through third parties
Organisations such as CAF or Stewardship may facilitate your donation, and the information they collect is stored so we can process it.

Providing support
Your personal and sensitive information enables us to provide appropriate support, maintain contact with you, and answer your questions.

Employment and volunteering
Where you provide personal information and/or sensitive personal information when applying for a job with us or volunteering in any capacity, we will process, store and disclose the information we collect to support the recruitment or volunteering process.

How long we keep it
We will keep your personal information only for as long as we consider it necessary to carry out each activity. Donation records are kept for 10 years to meet tax requirements; sensitive information is retained only during active periods of contact.
Keeping it secure
We ensure that we have appropriate controls in place to protect any personal information you provide. These include access restrictions, staff training, contracts with external companies, and secure storage — password-protected devices and locked cabinets.
